Watch the deadlines
The time limits for appealing start to run from the notification. Keep the envelope or the notice showing the date and write to us as soon as possible.
What to bring to your first appointment
- The decision, fine or notification you want to appeal against, with the date you received it.
- Photos, medical reports and invoices, if you are claiming for damage.
